Lion's Gate -------> Droknar's Forge - Guild Wars Forums

I'm currently at Lion's Gate and I would like to go to Droknar's Forge which I know is very late in the storyline. And the reason for it is because I want to get platemail armor. So I have 4 questions.

1. Is there a shortcut from Northern Shiverpeaks to Southern?

2. How long would it take from LG to DF?

3. If I were to buy a run how much would it be around?

4. If I were to run there myself which route should I take?

Lion's Arch is the name of the outpost. Lion's Gate connects to Lion's Arch.

1. Yes. Go south from Beacon's Perch through Lornar's Pass.
2. No idea, but it depends on the runner.
3. Check party search in Lion's Arch and Beacon's Perch, or the Services section in Ventari's. You can start a thread asking for a run here. Be sure to read the rules for Ventari's section and the services section.
4. You may view maps on the wiki here.

you can commonly get runs from beacon's perch in game
usually costs 1-2k
walking there isn't that easy 6 person team from beacon's perch through some semi tough areas
if you don't have good skills/armor and heros forget trying it

go to Beacon's Perch and get a run to Droknar's Forge

As said, the path is from Beacon's Perch to Droknar's Forge.

If the runner is any good it should take about 30mins.

A run is generally 1-3k.

If you did bue to some madness decide to fight there, best route is straight down.
